Islamabad’s anti-terrorism court rejected the police’s request for physical remand of PTI leader Aamir Mughal.

Islamabad Police presented PTI leader Aamir Mughal to the Anti-Terrorism Court for physical remand in the case of assault on CDA and police personnel.

Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain rejected the request of the police for the physical remand of Amir Mughal.

Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain said in his order that Aamir Mughal is sent to jail on judicial remand.

It should be noted that an anti-terrorism case was registered under 7 ATA including other provisions in Islamabad police station Karachi Company for resisting the sealing of PTI’s central secretariat.

PTI Islamabad leader Aamir Mughal has been named in the case, who was arrested outside PTI’s central secretariat last night.

According to the registered FIR, during the CDA operation, Aamir Mughal started firing in the air as soon as he arrived.

It has been stated in the FIR that Aamir Mughal along with the angry crowd also tried to attack the police party.

The text of the case also states that during the arrest of Aamir Mughal, his accomplices escaped.
