The Chief Election Commissioner is of the opinion that High Courts should not interfere in every decision taken by the Election Commission. He believes that not every decision must be implemented and that the Election Commission should be allowed to function independently without constant interference from the courts. This, he argues, is crucial for ensuring free and fair elections and upholding the integrity of the electoral process.
