Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar reviewed the preparations for Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s visit to Pakistan in a telephone conversation with Saudi Deputy Prime Minister Faisal bin Farhan and highlighted the sustainable partnership between the two countries.

In a statement issued by the spokesperson of the Foreign Office, it was said that the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Ishaq Dar had a telephone conversation with the Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah today.

The statement said that the two leaders discussed the strong bilateral relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia and discussed various avenues to further strengthen cooperation in various fields.

According to the Foreign Office spokesperson, the two leaders highlighted the deep and enduring partnership between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia and reviewed the preparations for the visit of Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammad Bin Salman to Pakistan.

Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar said that the people of Pakistan are eagerly awaiting the visit of the Saudi Crown Prince on a mutually agreed date.

The Foreign Office statement said that the Deputy Prime Ministers of the two countries also discussed the serious situation in Gaza and other important regional and global developments of mutual interest.

The two leaders reiterated their commitment to promote peace and stability in the region through joint efforts and dialogue.
