North Korea’s former master of propaganda operations, Kim Ki-nam, has died at the age of 94.

North Korean state media has also confirmed the news of Kim Nam’s death.

The former secretary of the Central Committee of North Korea’s ruling Workers’ Party (WPK) died on Tuesday of multiple organ failure, the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported.

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un attended the funeral of Kim Ki-nam early Wednesday and paid his respects to a veteran revolutionary leader who remained fiercely loyal to the country until the end, the report said. .

Kim Ki-nam contributed greatly to the triumphant advance of the socialist cause in North Korea.

Kim Ki-nam served three generations of North Korean leaders and is considered the mastermind of North Korea’s Kim dynasty.

He became the head of North Korea’s propaganda department in 1985 and retired in 2017 after the supreme leader’s sister, Kim Yo-jong, assumed power.
