Jackie Shroff and Aftab Shivsani star in ‘Welcome to the Jungle’

MUMBAI: The third offering of the Welcome franchise ‘Welcome to the Jungle’ is in full swing and has now roped in two more prominent stars.

The highly awaited action packed film ‘Welcome to the Jungle’ has been eagerly awaited and fans are overjoyed with the addition of Jackie Shroff and Aftab Shivsani to the project.

Jackie Shroff and Aftab Shivdsani will be seen playing important roles in the film.

The shooting of the multi-starrer is underway in Mumbai and its cast includes Akshay Kumar, Sanjay Dutt, Sunil Shetty, Arshad Warsi, Johnny Lever, Rajpal Yadav, Raveena Tandon, Lara Dutta, Jacqueline Fernandez, Disha Patani and others.

It is not just a movie but a rich entertainment. Produced by Feroze A. Nadiadwala and directed by Ahmed Khan, the super comedy film will release on 20 December 2024 on the occasion of Christmas.

The cast announced the film in a unique way. In the video released by Jio Studio, the artists were seen in military attire in a forest.

In 2007, the superhit film ‘Welcome’ directed by Anees Bazmee starred Nana Patekar (Uday Shetty) while actor Anil Kapoor played the role of (Majnonbhai).

The dialogues of these characters are still remembered by people and are often part of memes. Both played the lead roles in the second installment of the Welcome franchise, but the third installment did not feature either.
