The second phase of the Lok Sabha elections in India will take place today, polling will be held in eighty-eight seats in twelve states.

According to Indian media, voting will take place in Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Kerala, Bihar and other states.

The Indian elections will continue in seven phases till June 1 while the results will be announced on June 4.
