Mumbai: Bollywood’s famous actress Zareen Khan, who made her debut with the film ‘Veer’ with superstar Salman Khan, explained the reason behind her entry into the film world.

According to media reports, Zareen Khan managed to make a name in Bollywood after the film ‘Veer’ due to her beauty and acting ability.

In a recent interview, Zareen Khan spoke about her comparisons to other actresses, struggles in the film industry and the experience of working with Salman Khan.

The Bollywood actress also opened up about the criticism she received for being a part of the film ‘Hate Story 3’ and the reaction to the casting couch offers.

In the interview, when she was asked why she came to the film world, she gave an interesting answer that coming here was only destiny but it was God’s decision.

Zareen Khan said that when I was a child, when I used to watch actresses, I used to think how skilled they were, at that time I didn’t know anything about fashion and make-up.

On being compared to Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif, she said that being compared is not good for your career, after many years now people know me by name.

A few days ago, the actress had expressed her experience and thoughts on completing 12 years of the release of the film ‘Housefull 2’. After acting as a princess in the film Veer (2010), she first became a part of the comedy film Housefull 2.

In the film, the actress played the role of ‘JLO’. If we talk about the business of the film, it earned Rs 179.15 crore from worldwide and performed well at the box office. The film is also the highest grossing film of 2012.

‘Housefull 2’ also starred Akshay Kumar, John Abraham, Shreyas Talpade, Asin, Riteish Deshmukh, Rishi Kapoor, Randhir Kapoor, Mithun Chakraborty, Johnny Lever, Jacqueline Fernandez Shahzahan Padamsee among others.

On the film’s 12th anniversary, Zareen Khan said, “This film is very close to my heart. I think of it as a great opportunity to join such a successful franchise with such a stellar star cast right after a career debut.” It was a wonderful opportunity.

Zareen Khan had said that I feel very lucky and especially at a time when people forget about a film a week after its release.
