It should be noted that the bench hearing the case, headed by Chief Justice Amir Farooq, was divided and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani and Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir were also part of it.

Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani and Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir had crop-loaded their opinions without consulting the Chief Justice, in which both the judges declared the Terian case unhearable.

However, as the verdict was not issued with the Chief Justice’s signature, an inquiry was ordered and the Chief Justice’s office removed the decision of the two judges from the website and asked to constitute a new bench in a press release.
