The President of North Korea declared the country to be a nuclear power

Pyongyang (Monitoring Desk) The President of North Korea declared the country to be a nuclear power.
Kim Jong-un said that North Korea now has hydrogen bombs, and due to the capability of hydrogen bombs along with conventional nuclear warheads, they can defend their country well.
According to North Korea’s Central News Agency, President Kim Jong-un said that ‘we have succeeded in becoming a major nuclear power, can protect the country’s independence and national dignity from hydrogen and nuclear attacks, while actively developing the military industry’.
Kim Jong-un’s statement came when he was on inspection of a weapons-making plant in Pyongyang on Thursday, but it could not be confirmed by independent sources that the country had actually made a hydrogen bomb.
The announcement of the Korean President created a stir around the world because the world powers, including the United States, were already showing the fear of North Korea becoming a nuclear power.
