Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif reiterated the focus on information technology (IT), agriculture and minerals and said that we have broken the cycle because the nations of the world develop not with loans or aid but with hard work and dedication.

Addressing an IT conference in Dubai, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif said that the current government is trying to stabilize its economy by focusing on information technology, agriculture, minerals, youth empowerment, exports, industry and other sectors.

The Prime Minister said that we have broken the cycle because the nations of the world do not progress with loans or aid, but with hard work and dedication day and night.

He said that it is good for us as Pakistanis that talented IT professionals from UAE are present here, similarly talented professionals from Pakistan are also present here who are serving in digitizing various sectors of the economy.

He said that we are trying to complete the process of digitization in Pakistan as well.

Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif said that instead of depending on oil and gas, the future will be based on non-oil and gas economy like training of youth and promotion of digital economy.

He said that the President of the United Arab Emirates has always supported Pakistan in difficult times like his father, always helped Pakistan like a family, we do not want a loan from our brother country but joint investment and cooperation from them. Want.

In the round table session of the event, three important MoUs were signed between Pakistani and UAE companies.

On this occasion, Chairman Abu Dhabi Fund for Development Director General Muhammad Saif Al Suwaidi met Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and in the meeting, the Prime Minister discussed the government’s reform measures for economic stability and said that Emirati companies should cooperate with Pakistani companies. The cooperation will further increase the trade relations between the two countries.

Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif invited the delegation of Abu Dhabi Fund for Development to come to Pakistan. Earlier, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan warmly welcomed Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif upon his arrival in Abu Dhabi.
