22 crore corruption inquiry report in Karachi Development Authority

An inquiry report of corruption of 22 crore rupees has come out in Karachi Development Authority (KDA).

The inquiry report said that 2 officers of KDA allowed the illegal excavation of land of Malir Dam, the involved officers allowed Sui Southern to excavate 8.2 km of KDA land.

According to the report, KDA suffered a loss of Rs 22 crore by giving in-house permission for land excavation, in-charge road cutting, XEN Korangi and in-charge Malir Band were found to be involved in the illegal work.
