City traffic police officer of Lahore seized 71 luxury vehicles for not submitting e-challans.
In this regard, the CTO says that the driver of the luxury vehicle did not submit 71 e-challans.
The CTO said that after being caught, the driver of the vehicle deposited a fine of Rs 34,300 on the spot.
