9th and 10th class exams have started in Karachi
Class 9th and 10th exams have started in Karachi from today.
The moderator of the examinations said that in the morning shift, the paper of computer studies science group of class 9 will be taken, while in the afternoon shift, general science exams of class 10 will be taken.
Chairman Matriculation Board says that students should not bring mobile phones with them during the exams, in case of violation, the mobile phones will be confiscated.
According to Chairman Matriculation Board, more than 368,000 students of class 9th and 10th will appear this year, 504 examination centers have been set up this year, including 265 examination centers for girls and 239 examination centers for boys.
He says that 1 lakh 74 thousand 964 candidates are participating in science group exams, 32 thousand 639 candidates will participate in general group exams.
According to Chairman Matriculation Board, section 144 is enforced around the centers during the exams, photostat machines will be closed around the exam centers.
He further said that an effective system has been put in place for the distribution of examination papers, the government through the district administration and the board is trying to control duplication.
This year the online admit card was released from the board office
According to the Matriculation Board, those who submitted the form online can take the online print of the admit cards, the students who could not submit the 9th and 10th examination form can submit it on May 10.
The spokesperson says that this is the last chance to give the exam form with Rs.3500 late fee, the remaining papers will be taken later.
