A big reduction in electricity prices in Azad Kashmir, the Prime Minister approved 23 billion rupees
A special meeting on the current situation of Azad Kashmir under the chairmanship of Shahbaz Sharif, the participation of the Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir and the top political leadership.
Islamabad: The Prime Minister of Pakistan Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif approved the immediate provision of 23 billion rupees to solve the problems of the people of Azad Kashmir.
A special meeting was held in Islamabad on the recent situation of Azad Kashmir under the chairmanship of Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif.
The meeting was attended by the Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, the ministers of the independent government and the top political leadership. Federal ministers and leaders of coalition parties also participated in the meeting.

After a detailed review of the current situation in the meeting, Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif approved the immediate provision of 23 billion rupees to solve the problems of the Kashmiri people.
The Kashmiri leadership and all the participants thanked the Prime Minister of Pakistan Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif.
Immediately after this decision, electricity prices were reduced in Azad Kashmir.
Azad Jammu and Kashmir Energy Department has issued a notification to reduce electricity prices. For household electricity from one to 100 units, the cost of electricity will be Rs 3 per unit. From 101 to 300 units, it will be Rs. 5, while for the use of more than 300 units, it will be Rs. 6 per unit.
According to the notification, the cost per unit of electricity will be Rs 10 for commercial use of 300 units. For consumption of more than 300 units, the cost of electricity per unit will be Rs.15.
