Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Barrister Gohar said that after the letter of the judges, the legality of the decisions against Imran Khan has ended.

Addressing a press conference with PTI leaders Umar Ayub and Secretary Information Raouf Hassan in Islamabad, Chairman PTI Barrister Gohar said that 6 judges of the Islamabad High Court wrote a letter to the Supreme Judicial Council. The judges have written such a letter for the first time.

Barrister Gauhar further said that the judges were brought under pressure. The purpose of intervention was to make arbitrary decisions. The judges have run out of patience. The entire nation stands with the judges.

He said that the judges mentioned the Terrian White case. This includes the Tosha Khana case. Pressure was put on the Sessions Judge in the Tosha Khana case. 6 judges of Islamabad High Court were affected by pressure while subordinate courts were also affected.

Barrister Gauhar further said that for this reason 3 sentences were given to the founder chairman of PTI in 5 days. The PDM government made 200 cases against the founder chairman PTI in a limited time. Even the founder chairman PTI was not given the right to a fair trial in any case. After this letter, the legality of the judgments passed against the founder chairman PTI has lapsed. We request the Supreme Court to constitute a larger bench on this matter today.

Leader PTI Umar Ayub Khan said that the letter written by 6 judges is a charge sheet against the current system. It is clearly written in the letter that in this whole case one person meant prisoner number 804. We will raise this issue in the National Assembly and Senate.
