Islamabad: An application has been filed in the Supreme Court for the implementation of the National Action Plan 2014, in which the federal and provincial governments, the Ministry of Interior and others have been made parties.

The petition was filed by Nawabzada Jamal Raisani, Patron-in-Chief of Martyrs Forum Balochistan through Advocate Hafiz Ehsan Khokhar, in which orders have been requested to start immediate implementation of police reforms.

In the petition, it was requested that all pending terrorism cases in all courts should be ordered to take decisions immediately, while the federal and provincial governments were also requested to implement the protection of witnesses and prosecution in accordance with international standards. has been done

It has also been requested to provide free education to the children of the martyrs and security to the families. It was requested that measures should be taken to prevent the promotion of terrorism through social media.

The petitioner has demanded legal action against those who include terrorists in the list of missing persons as propaganda.
