Bobby Deol will play a villain opposite Alia Bhatt in the new film

Mumbai: Actor Bobby Deol, who rose to fame with the film ‘Animal’, will once again be seen as a villain.

According to Indian media, the actor has been roped in Yash Raj’s Spy Universe film in which he will play a villain opposite Alia Bhatt.

Bobby Deol played Alia Bhatt’s husband Ranbir Kapoor’s villainous role in ‘Animal’ which was much loved.

According to sources, the Yash Raj Films project is still in its early stages, but Alia and Bobby Deol’s participation has been confirmed.

The shooting of the spy film will begin in the second half of this year and the paperwork for it has been completed.
