Bushra Bibi will be transferred to Adiala Jail or not? The decision will be made today

Will Bushra Bibi, the wife of founder PTI Imran Khan, be transferred from Sub Jail Bani Gala to Adiala Jail or not?

The Islamabad High Court will deliver a safe decision on Bushra Bibi’s petition today.

Bushra Bibi has filed a transfer request from Bani Gala to Adiala Jail.

Jail authorities had taken a stance of not shifting the jail due to lack of capacity and security issues.

On May 2, Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb reserved the decision after hearing the arguments on the request to transfer Bushra Bibi from Bani Gala to Adiala Jail.

At the beginning of the hearing, the court inquired as to when Bushra Bibi was convicted in which case.

Bushra Bibi’s lawyer Usman Riaz Gul said that Bushra Bibi was sentenced in the Tosha Khana and Idt marriage cases, on January 31 in the Toshah Khana case and on February 3 in the Idt marriage case.
