Court outraged over declaration of superhighway as motorway

The Sindh High Court has expressed its displeasure over the declaration of Karachi-Hyderabad ancient super highway as a motorway.

According to ARY News, a case related to Karachi-Hyderabad Super Highway (motorway) was heard in the Sindh High Court, in which the petitioner’s lawyer told the court that it is said that the motorway was built after Sohrab Goth. . Markets and shops are being built and sold on the service road, while according to the law, construction cannot be done on the service road and green belts.

On this occasion, the court has expressed its indignation at declaring the super highway as a motorway and Justice Salahuddin Panhour has remarked that the Karachi to Hyderabad super highway is being called a motorway. Are motorways like that?

Justice Salahuddin further said that there is no facility on this motorway, which is seen by a donkey carrying a vehicle. Shops are being built on the entire super highway by taking money.

The court sought the details of the Sukkur-Multan Motorway and said that it should be told how many interchanges and service areas there are on the Sukkur-Multan Motorway. How many commercial shops and markets are there on the motorway while the court also asked for the procedure for building shops and markets on the motorway.
