Easter festival is an expression of promoting social harmony, Chief Minister Balochistan

Quetta: Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti has congratulated the Christian community on Easter and said that Easter festival is an expression of promoting social harmony.

According to the national news agency ‘APP’, he said that the role of the Christian community in the establishment of Pakistan and the economic development of the country cannot be forgotten, Pakistan is a beautiful bouquet of different cultures and beliefs.

Mir Sarfraz Bugti said that the Constitution of Pakistan has provided full protection of the rights of all religious minorities, the provincial government in Balochistan also guarantees complete religious freedom and protection to all minorities including the Christian community.

He said that we reiterate our commitment to work for the social development and welfare of all our minorities.
