In the Sindh High Court, a judge and a senior lawyer exchanged bitter sentences
The court fined the lawyer for inappropriate behavior
Karachi: During the hearing of the case in the Sindh High Court, bitter sentences were exchanged between the judge and the senior lawyer. Fellow Ishaq advocate stated that full opportunity of arguments is not being given in the case.
Justice Zulfiqar Ahmed Khan remarked that after hearing the case, the court imposes a fine of Rs 50,000 on inappropriate behavior.
Fellow Ishaq advocate stated that the court has an inappropriate attitude towards lawyers, I will not pay the fine.
The court increased the fine from 50 thousand rupees to 1 lakh rupees for speaking more.
Fellow Ishaq advocate stated that the case is not being heard and the fine is being imposed, we will not pay.
The court further increased the fine to Rs.
Comrade Ishaq said that fine as much as you want but don’t pay, I present myself for arrest.
Colleague Ishaq Advocate has decided to file a complaint against Justice Zulfikar Ahmad Khan to the Supreme Judicial Council. Colleague Ishaq said that the lawyers are being treated with disdain.
