Instructions to inform the public about prevention and prevention of dengue

Rawalpindi (Daily Pakistan Online) Deputy Commissioner Rawalpindi Hasan Waqar Cheema visited Chamanzar Colony during the visit he reviewed the ongoing dengue campaign. The Deputy Commissioner inquired about the SOPs for attendance check and certitude of dengue workers. He directed that during surveillance every aspect which causes breeding of dengue should be taken into consideration.

Deputy Commissioner Rawalpindi Hasan Waqar Cheema said that people living at home should be informed about dengue prevention and prevention during the surveillance. Effective strategy during the current season will lead to better results in the coming days. The good work of the health department and dengue workers will be judged only after the better results in the dengue-affected areas during the last year. All officers and personnel should perform their duty as a national duty.

He said that the greater the quantity of dengue larvae recovered during the current season, the better the results will be.

On this occasion, Deputy Commissioner Hasan Waqar Cheema also distributed pamphlets to create awareness among citizens about dengue. Additional Deputy Commissioner Headquarters Zanira Aftab and Assistant Commissioner City Hakim Khan were also present on the occasion.
