iOS 17.4 released with new emoji, support for third-party app stores in the EU, more

The patches in iOS 17.4 improve the stolen device protection feature. It adds a new option to Siri to announce messages received by users in any supported language. Music ID can now add these songs to your Apple Music playlists and library, as well as Apple Music Classic.
