Muzaffarabad: In Azad Kashmir, the People’s Joint Action Committee announced the end of the protest after accepting the demands.
The leaders of the Jammu Kashmir Joint Action Committee issued a declaration announcing the end of the ongoing long march, strike and protest in Azad Kashmir. He said that the citizens of Azad Kashmir carried out a peaceful movement and made a historic long march.
He said that as a result of the long march, the government reduced the price of flour and electricity, while forming a judicial commission to end the privileges of the ruling elite, he congratulated the Kashmiri people on their successful struggle.
He said that all those arrested during the protest will be released and the cases will be closed, so the committee announces the end of the lockdown and wheel jam strike. The shutter will remain down.
