Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has seen the second major resignation after the management change.
According to Express News, after Director Commercial Babar Hamid, Director Legal Bilal Raza has also submitted his resignation to the Cricket Board authorities.
Bilal Raza was appointed by former chairman Zaka Ashraf to handle the legal affairs of the board.

The current chairman of PCB, Mohsin Naqvi, had indicated to form his own team, after which in the first phase, director commercial Babar Hamid thought it was okay to go home, and now director legal Bilal Raza has also resigned.
According to reports, 2 to 3 more directors may also resign.
