PHF prepares plan for team ahead of National Cup Hockey Tournament, Sources

Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) has prepared the plan of Pakistan Hockey Team. Before playing the Nation Cup, the Pakistan team will go to Holland and play an international match.

Sources say that the match between Pakistan and Holland will be played on May 22, Pakistan team will also play two to three practice matches in Holland. Practice matches will be with club teams.

Pakistan team will leave Holland for Poland, the Nation Cup will be played in Poland from May 31 to June 9.

Teams from 9 countries including Pakistan are participating in the Nation Cup. Pakistan will qualify for the pro-leg if they make it to the top three positions in the event.

Pakistan is in Pool ‘B’ where teams from Canada, France and Malaysia are included.

Pool ‘A’ includes teams from Austria, South Korea, New Zealand, Poland and South Africa.
