Presidential Elections: The Speaker called the Punjab Assembly meeting on March 9

Lahore (Special Representative) Speaker Punjab Assembly Malik Muhammad Ahmad Khan has called a meeting of the Punjab Assembly on March 9 at 10 am for the presidential elections. Speaker Malik Muhammad Ahmad Khan has convened the meeting by exercising the powers conferred under Clause B of Rule 9 of the Presidential Election Rules 1988. In the meeting, members of the Punjab Assembly will exercise their right to vote for the election of the new president. Speaker Malik Muhammad Ahmad Khan says that voting will be held for the election of the President of the country in this session.
