Protests intensified in American universities over atrocities on Palestinians

Demonstrations in favor of Palestine intensified in several American college campuses. Demonstrations were held in various universities including Columbia, Harvard, USC, University of Texas.

At USC, the police charged the protesters with batons, and at the University of Texas, dozens of protesters including a journalist were arrested.

In Harvard too, the university threatened to take action on the demonstration in favor of Palestine.

Arrests were made at the anti-Israel protest at New York’s Columbia University. A pro-Palestine demonstration was held at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.

Chanting “Free Palestine” during the march, demonstrators clashed with police, and one person was arrested.
