According to Indian media reports, the budget of Ranbir Kapoor’s new film Ramayan has reached 835 crore Indian rupees (100 million dollars), after which this film has become the most expensive film of Bollywood.

Ranbir Kapoor has received the highest remuneration ever for the film while the post-production of the film took 600 days. The film is expected to complete its release in June while the cast includes Ranbir Kapoor along with Lara Dutta and others. After some scenes of the shooting of the film came out in the open, the director decided to shoot the film secretly in the studios for which the most expensive and lavish sets have been installed.
