The British Parliament was surrounded by tractors

London: British farmers who are very angry with the government’s policies surrounded the parliament with tractors and recorded a fierce protest.

British media reports have said that British farmers have taken to the streets and are strongly protesting against government policies, with farmers even surrounding the British Parliament with tractors.

Farmers protest against cheap and substandard vegetable imports, British farmers say their survival is at risk from post-Brexit deals, British agriculture is at risk from Brexit.

More than 100 tractors passed in front of Parliament on Monday evening, honking their horns through the streets of central London to Westminster, tractors flying flags and posters bearing slogans such as: ‘British Farming’ Save ‘If no farming, no food, no future.’

Farmers say the government is not encouraging the country’s own food production, cheap food imports and unsupportive policies are putting the UK’s food security at risk. On the other hand, the government has claimed that farming is the main part of British trade.
