UAE’s Mohammad Wasim adjudged ICC Player of the Month

United Arab Emirates (UAE) all-rounder Muhammad Wasim was named the ICC Men’s Player of the Month.

On the other hand, West Indies captain Hayley Mathews has been named the ICC Women’s Player of the Month.

It should be noted that Hayley Mathews has been named the ICC Player of the Month for the third time.

UAE captain Mohammad Wasim is the first Emirati cricketer to be named the ICC Player of the Month.

Pakistan’s Shaheen Afridi and Namibia’s Gerhard Erasmus were also nominated for Men’s Player of the Month.
