Why not go on vacation, boss advice to employee after being fired

A company employee recently took to social media to share how his boss, moments after firing him, suggested he go on a vacation with his family.

According to Media News, a social media user recently shared his incident on the social media platform reddit where he narrated the conversation he had with his boss, which shocked other users.

The user wrote that my boss, who is also the owner of the company, called me to his office and fired me, but after that he started talking to me in a friendly manner and told me that he was with his wife and children. Going to another country for vacation together, where are you going?

The user wrote that at first I kept looking at his face as to how he was asking this question after firing me, but I replied that he was “not going anywhere”. But the boss then asked why? You should go on vacation! You look really stressed! You need peace. Go somewhere to hang out with your wife and kids.

Seconds after getting fired, talking like nothing happened, I can’t tell for sure if my boss is that stupid or just making fun of me, the user wrote.
