With the arrival of Indian onions, onion prices in the country came down

As onion exports from India opened, onion prices in the country fell sharply.

Onion, which was sold for Rs 200 to Rs 250 per kg for several months, started getting Rs 100 to Rs 120 per kg.

In Lahore, onion is being sold at Rs 80 to Rs 100 per kg, in Dera Ismail Khan and Swat, one kg onion is available at Rs 120, while in Sukkur, it is available at Rs 130 per kg.

After the wheat crisis, mill flour in Karachi decreased from Rs 160 per kg to Rs 140 per kg, while flour mills’ two-and-a-half-number flour decreased from Rs 120 per kg to Rs 100 per kg.

In Peshawar, a 20 kg sack of flour has reduced by Rs 800, while rice has been reduced by Rs 50 per kg, while the prices of ghee and chicken have also come down.
