A husband is made guilty of second marriage without the permission of the first wife
The Peshawar court convicted the husband for marrying the second wife without the permission of the first wife.
Family Court of Peshawar has decided the case for second marriage without permission.
The court sentenced the citizen to 3 months imprisonment and imposed a fine of 5 thousand rupees on him.
The court decision said that in case of non-payment of the fine, there will be another 15 days of imprisonment.
After the verdict was pronounced by the court, the criminal was arrested from the court room and transferred to Central Jail Peshawar.
It should be noted that the citizen’s wife had filed a case against her husband in 2022.
