Spokesperson K Electric has said that it has invested heavily to increase efficiency.

The spokesman says that the vision is to increase the share of renewable energy to 30% by 2030, and the number of consumers is expected to increase by 30% by 2030.

According to the spokesman, the Balochistan and Sindh governments have cooperated by allocating land for solar projects. A 220 MW hybrid project in Dhabeji is also part of the budding programme.

The spokesperson of K Electric says that electricity will be generated from renewable sources when the demand reaches 5,000 MW.
