A PIA plane narrowly escaped an accident at Islamabad Airport

Islamabad: A national airline (PIA) plane narrowly escaped an accident at the New Islamabad International Airport.

Flight number PK 325 had just taken off for Quetta when the bird hit the engine of the aircraft in the air, the pilot informed the control tower as soon as he received a signal from the engine under the automatic system and alerted the control tower to return for landing.

The pilot showed skill and landed the plane safely at Islamabad Airport.

The plane was grounded at the airport and the engineers were called, the passengers of the plane were sent to Quetta by another plane.
