Barrister Gauhar will oppose the amendment to the Constitution to increase the retirement age of judges

Barrister Gauhar, chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), says that the constitution should be amended, but PTI opposes extending and reducing the term of judges.

How and why to preserve the Constitution of Pakistan? Speaking at the seminar titled, Barrister Gohar said that he will oppose the amendment of the constitution to increase the retirement age of judges, the constitution has practically expired in Pakistan.

Barrister Gauhar said that the agitations were going on when there was martial law and the constitution was suspended. Argentina’s default raised the question of how it happened.

He said that everyone should know Justice Kennedy’s answer to the Congress Committee. Justice Kennedy told the Congress Committee that fundamental rights were in the USSR Constitution.

The PTI Chairman said that despite the presence of fundamental rights in the constitution, practical work was not being done, the reason for the destruction of the USSR was that the power was in the hands of one servant.

Barrister Gauhar said that it is not correct to call Tehreek-e-Insaf conspirators, it is like telling day to night.
