Auckland: Elderly couple killed by ram in New Zealand

The couple were found dead in a stable attached to their home in rural West Auckland, the New Zealand Herald reports.

Both the deceased persons were over 80 years old.

Police say that both the husband and wife lived with their son, when the son did not hear their voice for a long time, he reached the stable looking for them, where they were dead.

When the police reached the spot on the information of the incident, Mendha was also present there.

The police tried to control the ram but, realizing the danger, shot it dead.
