Establishment of a consultative think tank for economic recovery and economic growth

Karachi: FPCCI President Atif Ikram Shaikh formed a think tank consisting of top economists, governance experts, industrialists, entrepreneurs, investors and exporters of the country.

According to the details, the think tank will be headed by Dr Gohar Ijaz, former caretaker federal minister for finance, revenue and investment and will be named FPCCI Think Tank for Pakistan Economic Revival and Growth.

In the think tank, industry experts Bashir Jan Muhammad (Capital Markets Expert), Arif Habib (Serial Entrepreneur), Muhammad Ali Taba, former presidents of FPCCI Mian Muhammad Idris and Ghazanfar Bilor (Exporter), Dr. Nauman Idris Butt (CE OTDAP), Zubair Motiwala (Chairman Aptma), Asif Inam and former president Lahore Chamber Shahzad Ali Malik will be members.

Shahid Abdullah, Fawad Mukhtar, Maqsood Ismail, Farooq Naseem and Shehzad Asghar Ali will also be part of the think tank.
