The senior actor of the showbiz industry Nauman Ijaz has severely criticized the content of Pakistani dramas and said that relationships are being humiliated in our dramas.
Recently Nauman Ejaz appeared as a guest in a show where during a segment the actor was asked what would you do if you were appointed as the chairman of the Censor Board?
In response to this question, Nauman Ejaz said that I will stop all Pakistani dramas because today’s dramas do not have any meaningful story, but the sanctity of relationships is being violated in the dramas.
Nauman Ejaz said that respect for relationships is being destroyed in every drama, in our dramas mother, sister, daughter, mother-in-law, mother-in-law are shown as witches while father and brother are shown as villains, I want all such Dramas should be banned.
The senior actor said that I feel sorry for our people that they like to watch such dramas, they should boycott such dramas because somewhere through dramas these negative things are also being transmitted in our society. .
He said that here we had a play called ‘Nand’ which was a big hit because Nand was shown in a negative and bad character in that play, so people liked that play very much.
Talking about himself, Nauman Ejaz further said that I do such dramas from which people get a lesson, I do not speak such dialogues in my plays that have a bad effect on our society, nor do I do any scene that have a negative effect.
