IG Islamabad has been replaced

The Inspector General of Islamabad (IG) was replaced.

IG Islamabad was replaced and Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi was appointed as the new police chief of the federal capital. He was earlier posted as Grade 20 Syed Ali Nasir DIG Operations Lahore.

The transferred IG Islamabad Akbar Nasir Khan has been directed to report to the Establishment Division.

Additional Home Secretary Khushal Khan has been appointed as Additional Secretary Power while Secretary Commerce Khurram Agha has been appointed as Home Secretary.

Notification of transfer and appointment of officers has been issued.
