PTI legal team demands resignation of Faiz Isa and Justice Amir Farooq
Islamabad: The PTI’s legal team has demanded the resignation of the Chief Justice of Pakistan and the Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court and has said that the judges’ letter has proved that the justice system has been paralyzed.
This was said by PTI’s legal team Rauf Hassan, Naeem Haider Panjutha, Shoaib Shaheen, Ali Bukhari and Niazullah Niazi while holding a press conference.
Rauf Hassan said that the letter of six judges is very important. The letter has been addressed to the Supreme Judicial Council. The letter has been written to the Islamabad High Court for two days, but the Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court has not taken any action because Chief Justice Islamabad High Court is the biggest tout.
He said that the Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court has the most important role in the cases against Imran Khan. The Chief Justice of Pakistan is also mentioned in the letter.
He said that cameras were installed in people’s bedrooms, it is a murder of justice and the law, a full court blocker has been staged, does a named accused have the right to be a judge in his own case? Will the Prime Minister himself decide whether he is guilty or not? We will not allow this to be a joke, there are 100 more judges, we want them to explain themselves, more judges to tell what pressure was put on them?
Naeem Haider Panjotha said that an operation was conducted at Imran Khan’s house for 26 hours, the Chief Justice remained silent, on March 28 there was an attack on the PTI workers in the judicial complex who attacked them instead of them an FIR was filed against the PTI workers. We demand the immediate resignation of the Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court and the Chief Justice of Pakistan.
He said that is this how a retired judge is called for an inquiry? After the letter, neither Amir Farooq nor Qazi Faiz Isa can remain the Chief Justice, you tied our hands and feet and pushed us into the election, yet we won.
Niazullah Niazi said that after the full court meeting yesterday, the Chief Justice proved the motives behind the letter. Khan Sahib has said that there should be a protest in the whole country.
