Railway revenue reached 60 billion, delay in payment of salaries ended

Lahore: Due to the tireless work of the railway employees, the income reached 60 billion due to which the delay in payment of salaries was also eliminated.

For many months, the payment of salaries was delayed for three weeks, but Pakistan Railways has paid the full amount of salaries received this month.

CEO Railways Aamir Baloch said that now the salaries of the employees will be paid on time, I am grateful to my workers for supporting me in difficult times. The trust of passengers on railways is a source of pride for us.

He said that Railways pays salaries to its employees in five stages which are paid on 1st, 5th, 10th, 15th and 25th of every month. Salary checks will now reach the bank on the same dates.

CEO Railways said that bookings in trains have also reached 100 percent till Eid, four special trains are running on Eid for the convenience of passengers.
