The pain of Palestine is the pain of all of us, youth are change agents and can bring change: Punjab Education Minister’s address at the seminar

Lahore (Daily Pakistan Online) Education Minister Rana Sikandar Hayat has said that the pain of Palestine is the pain of all of us. What has happened in Gaza is unacceptable. The sobs of the innocent children of Gaza do not let us sleep. In educational institutions around the world, the voice regarding Gaza is getting louder. The youth of Pakistan are also his voice. He expressed these views while addressing a seminar on Palestine at the University of Home Economics.

The Minister of Education said that students across the world are expressing solidarity with the Palestinians regardless of race or colour. There is concern over the genocide of the Palestinians. The international community should play its effective role in this regard, before it is too late. Our freedom of expression regarding Palestine, especially on social media, has been undermined. It is condemnable that the social media is not tolerating anything regarding Palestine.

He urged the students to be able to create their own social media platforms. The education minister further said that we will make Pakistan a technology exporting country together with the youth. Youth are change agents and can bring change. Muslim League (N) has the power of youth. Many young ministers in the Punjab cabinet are proof of this. (N) League is bringing several projects to make the youth independent. Our projects will help in the development of youth.
