The price of gold in global and local markets fell further today

Karachi: The price of gold in the global and local markets fell further today for the second day in a row.

In the international bullion market, gold prices fell by $5 per ounce to settle at $2,312.

The price of 24 carat gold dropped by Rs 800 per tola to settle at Rs 239,200 in local bullion markets on Wednesday. Similarly, the price of gold per 10 grams has also decreased by 686 rupees to the level of 205075 rupees.

Contrary to the decrease in the price of gold in the country, the price of silver per tola remained unchanged at 2620 rupees and the price of silver per 10 grams remained unchanged at 2254.80 rupees.
