2.35 billion dollars provided to Pakistan in 2023, Asian Bank

Islamabad: The Asian Development Bank has said in its annual report that in the year 2023, 2 billion 35 million dollars have been provided to Pakistan.

According to the report, 1 billion 81 million dollars were given in terms of loans and grants, 524.1 million dollars were given in terms of cooperative financing, during this period, Asian Development Bank started 3 projects in Pakistan, supported Pakistan for the promotion of trade.

According to the report, Pakistan has initiated programs to increase the scope of taxes, digitization of the tax system, better debt management and tackling climate change, from which positive results are expected.
