A deserted city built in the desert of Iran

Tehran: In the middle of the desert, empty buildings containing thousands of houses depict the ghost town that is located in Iran.

This empty city is known as Paradise City, but contrary to its name, it creates a sense of dread due to its desolation. It is part of Tehran, the capital of Iran.

During construction, many of these buildings were left unfinished before the construction was completed. According to a source, these deserted towers were developed as affordable housing for those who could not bear the burden of rising property prices in Tehran.

However, apart from the city, there is barren land, poor sewage system, extreme heat, difficulty in accessing water and intermittent power outages. These were the problems due to which the area was not popular with the public and the project had to be abandoned.
