Regarding the recovery of the drummers, SSSP Ghotki Tanveer Hussain Tanio says that 23 days ago, a group of 9 drummers of Chiniot were invited by dacoits to participate in a wedding ceremony in Kacha area and called Rahim Yar Khan. , from where the facilitators of the bandits took them to the Kacha area, and these 9 persons were abducted by the bandits, tied in chains and a huge ransom was demanded from the heirs of the hostages for their release, while the hostages Various police teams were formed by Operation Commander SSP Tanveer Hussain Tanyu to release them, continuous targeted operations were also conducted, many suspects were detained.

Meanwhile, the police received information that due to police pressure and targeted operation, the robbers were moving the hostages to another location, the police immediately took action and when they reached the designated location, the robbers opened fire!! The police also retaliated and during the exchange of fire, the robbers escaped leaving the hostages, from where 9 hostages were rescued safely. Among those recovered are Shafqat Ali, Tayyur Rahman, Ismail, Sohail Haider, Bilal, Qamber, Mushtaq, Ansar Ali Sheikh and Muhammad Nauman Bhatti.

According to SSP Ghotki Tanveer Hussain Tanyu, the police raided more than 50 different places to recover the hostages, detained some facilitators of the kidnappers and rescued the hostages. The bandits were demanding huge ransom from the heirs of the hostages. However, due to the effective targeted operation of the police, the plan of the robbers failed and the hostages were safely recovered.
