Ali Amin Gandapur acquitted of the case filed in Bani Gala police station

District and Sessions Court Islamabad acquitted Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur from the case filed in Bani Gala police station.

Civil Judge Qudratullah acquitted all the accused including Ali Amin Gandapur.

The plaintiff in the case Amir Zaman appeared in the court along with his lawyer Rizwan Azam Abbasi and said that the person injured in the incident is outside the country.

The court directed the plaintiff to give the Skype ID of the victim.

The court directed to record the statement of the injured person through Skype.

The plaintiff’s lawyer said that Ali Amin Gandapur was at the level of Imam, they have been reconciled, the named accused have also been forgiven.

Due to being abroad, the court took the statement of the victim Mohammad Waleed online.

The court asked Muhammad Waleed that he had given consent in the case.

Muhammad Waleed said that I have forgiven for the sake of Allah.
