Death toll rises to 21 after boat capsizes off Djibouti coast

More bodies have been found in the sea after a migrant boat capsized off the coast of the African country of Djibouti, raising the death toll to 21.

The official of the United Nations refugee agency says that 33 people on board the boat have been rescued while 23 people are missing.

It should be noted that 77 migrants including children were on board the boat that sank yesterday. All those killed and rescued are Ethiopian citizens.
